We make the ingredients for you to make delicious meals. Our products are made using nixtamalised corn the authentic way, seasoned with a pinch of salt. Nixtamalisation is an ancient process of cooking the corn kernels in water with a very small amount of food grade naturally occurring hydrated lime.
